A « Follow-me » robot

EffiBOT is a collaborative handling robot behaving like a true logistic assistant. With the “Follow-me” functionality, EffiBOT follows an picking operator and no cart is to be pulled or pushed manually: that’s an obvious productivity gain.

EffiBOT is a full autonomous handling robot allowing the automatic parts delivery to assembly line and material transfer between various locations.

EffiBOT is versatile:

  • It carries up to 300 kg or tows up to 500 kg,
  • In 2WD or 4WD configuration, its design offers a good crossing capacity. Uneven floors and up to 30% slopes are not a limit,
  • 4 directional wheels allows a high manoeuvrability,
  • Its IP54 protection rating makes it compatible with outdoor use-cases.

EffiBOT is fitted with a reliable and efficient navigation system:

  • A sensor architecture ensure a 360° environment analysis,
  • The localization is mainly based on the natural environment recognition, but the system can be strengthen with artificial reference marks in open areas,
  • The navigation system is fully performant with a driving speed up to 6 km/h (1,7 m/s),
  • The robot is able to drive two-ways to avoid any useless manoeuvre.

EffiBOT complies with the Machine Directive 2006/42/EC.
